What do you think?

I think she is fiesty and can hang in there with Kim. Not saying she will beat her, but I think she will put up a fight. Safina imho is a tough 3rd opponent.

I would say No at the moment, she is not consistent and fresh enough to beat Kim. Although Kim may not be in full form, but I believe a 60% healthy Kim will manage to defeat her. My prediction: 6-3 6-3

I agree with that. Kim played great today much better than her first round. But I think Dinara is tough and I completely expected her to beat Coetzer. I may think Dinara is a tough opponent cause I am a fan of hers though She will need a better start than she got against JHH at the US Open where she didn't start playing well to the second half of the second set.

Kim will have no problem beating Safin if she plays as well as she did today.
In two easy sets.

Dinara will have to decrease her unforced errors, she made 45 today but it didn't hurt her as Coetzer has no weapons to hurt her with. But I think she can do this

Safina is a good enough player were she should be able to cause Kim a few problems, but not enough to give Kim any real worries, unless Kim is off or the ankle begins to bother her Kim should move through in straights.

I don't think she can trouble Kim. Kim's game is always on and ready to go in the early rounds of the Majors.

With that said it might be a little competative. 6:2 6:2.
