History to repeat itself

The last time Venus took 6 months off, she went on a ripper when she returned. How big of a ripper? 35 matches in a row, Wimbledon-Stanford-San Diego-New Haven-US Open-Olympics STRAIGHT!

I hope history repeats itself! GO VENUS!

that's what I thought about as well.
Venus actually missess tennis and competing, so when she comes back, she is hungy for wins.
On regular schedule she doesn't have the enrgy it seems as she does when hse comes back from a layoff.
She'll take the Aussie for sure!!!!!

She is definitely hungry.
2004 should be real interesting.
I can't wait to start bumping some of these "Venus won't do anything in 2004" threads.
