Haaaa Serena approving the Capriati dragging.

Y'all debating about forehand vs backhand. Just accept that some days one is gonna be working better than the other.

I recognise this (with the caveat that her FH is, in general, her main weapon these days). Hapless is the one with the backhand fetish.

Re: The Mummy Returns: Miami 2017 Cheering Thread

Venus will recover her backhand once her thigh is healed. She is crouching most of the time, but it's completely normal if she is feeling pain.

Anyway, Charleston's draw is out:

1st: Bye
2nd: Tsurenko-Siegemund
3rd: Safarova-Mattek Sands
QF: Putintseva-Sevastova
SF: Konta-Stosur

Pretty accessible draw. 3rd round could be tough.

Oh and with Konta winning Miami, Venus stayed inside the top 10. However, the #8-#13 ranks are gonna be shifting like hell during the clay season. Venus must take advantage of this opportunity between Charleston and Roland Garros. It's her chance to be a permanent figure in the top 10 until next year.

Venus losing only to the eventual champions of every tournament this year, lol. I guess that's some consolation
