Do U Watched DUBAI Finals?

Why JUJU always put the ball on the centre of the court? it's easy by MONICA to slice it hard to the other side and it makes Justine run and run to return the ball. Is it a trick of Justine to wait Monica make a lot of errors or it's her sloopy return??
I'm confused of the way she plays but it's a nice win over 2 top 10 player and a top 15 former #1 player.

I think she started the match with a defensive attitude, so letting Monica make the errors. It was clearly not the right tactic, so in the middle of the second set, she changed it and started to play more agressively (with the risk of making more errors yourself). It defenitly worked.

I think she has to get back to her old way of playing, the way she did two years ago. Agressive and beautiful tennis. She really tries to overpower her opponents too often.

I was also pretty annoyed with the way Justine was hitting the ball! Hitting everything in the middle of the court is NOT the way to beat Monica!
When Seles doesn't have to run a lot, she's really, really tough to beat. As soon as Justine started to spread the balls, left to right, Seles started to make more erros, because she didn't get there in time.
I was really frustrated when I saw Justine hitting eveything to the middle. My tennis tactics are usually crap, but for a pro, she wasn't exactly playing "smart" tennis either!

Well I agree that she has to play the bal more by the lines but that includes a lot of risk! Also remind you that she had a though match against Cap and playing aggrasive costs a lot of energy
To beat Monica you have to let her run but it's not that easy 'cause she hits the ball very hard. Justine is forced to play defensive , has to wait for a chance to take over and than finish it! For the part that I saw (final second set) she played pretty good in my eyes but I know she can do better!

She didn't play smart you guys say but she won again from monica something that for example Kim Clijsters couldn't do once . Maybe it wasn't that bad after all

Yeah, of course it's great that she ebat monica, but IMO she could've won in straight sets, had she played a bit better & smarter!
Oh and Fleemke², no need to bring up Kim in this thread, it's a Justine thread.

I didn't say anything wromg I just want to pointed out that Kim, who's is the better player for 99% of the belgians/flemish people, couldn't beat Monica! In Kim's thread they are really laughing with Justine so maybe you can go there and give comments

99%? More like 70%
Fleemke², I can't remember reading posts in the CCL where Justine got mocked...

I think it's silly to compare them to eachother anyways.

That was Roger (rd757 or something), Fleemke². He's American and not even a fan of Kim. He said she looked like Harry Potter, because of the glasses.

I wouldn't call that "Kimfans who are really laughing at Justine"!
