Re: WWW Russia vs Japan?

According to Fed Cup website, Vesnina replaced Kirilenko... So we can assume that Makarova will really play Rubber 4...

Re: WWW Russia vs Japan?

Maria is in the stands and looks rather good... maybe Tarpischev decided to save her energy for doubles, assuming Vesnina or Makarova will win at least one of the last two singles ?? This may be a bit risky indeed...

wouldn't think so. If it comes down to doubles Japan have lost it The 3 Russian players are like all top 10 doubles players.

If I was him i'd Put Makarova/Vesnina if it comes down to the wire. Just because the fact that they play well together. You wouldn't put Kirilenko in with one of them
