What does a country need to be a participant at the FED-CUP?

For example Albania how can Albania participate in Fed-Cup?

Well, country needs to have a national tennis federation who would apply to ITF to take part in Fed Cup. It all depends on national association.

Albania with Islamaj, Gozhdari and Kostandini would go to the world group within a blink of an eye..

Albanian Tennis Federation already exists for over a decade but I guess there are not enough girls around to (seriously) compete with??!

Yeah well there are not much girl who play well around here!

How come you know these guys

Are you from the Albanian part of Macedonia(I mean population)

Well I've never seen them play anyway so I though they were girls!

You can check their ITF records on the ITF website.. pretty bad overall though
