Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

Some lady in the audience fainted when seeing Alex & Ana on court. Some people just can't handle so much awesomeness at once

Alex plays decent, but Ana is just amazing today.

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

Ana is playing too well today

Alex isn't clutchy at all in this second set...she could be 3-1 for her

may your choices reflect your hopes not your fears.

Well, we all knew this was almost impossible for her today.

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

I thought she could get more "in" mentally, but that's been a positive USO

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

No doubt about that. Those 100 points are important for her at this point. And she lost to Ivanovic, pretty sure she'd have swept the hard courts with Nara today

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

Final score against Ana, 26 16. I thought it would be more competitive.

BARBIE
is coming for your towel, too.

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

Alex But not unexpected against Ana. I was just hoping she could win some more games. But 100 points is great

Alex still has a lot of flair in her game...love her groundies and volleys.

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

I noticed she is registered to play in Korea, in about 2 weeks. At the same time a similar tournament is going to be taking place in China (Sorana is the highest seed) with lesser players than in the Korean one (Radwanska, Suarez, Makarova). I am wondering why she chose to go to the tougher tournament.

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

Horrible scoreline against Ivanovic.
I only saw the first couple of points, but a knee protection here, a taped shoulder there...

At this moment it seems impossible for her to bring up her game for more than one match on WTA level. Her results since Bastad pretty much tell the story.

Let's wait for 2014 to see her kicking some ass again.

I was writing the same a couple of pages ago.

Alexandra has played in Seoul before and I guess she liked it there, while she might not be a big China fan. It's obviously not the time for her to be that picky when it comes to choosing where to play, but that's the only explanation I have.

Thus said, I wonder how our Primadonna can endure one week with censored internet access in Guangzhou.

What? They don't allow posting vanity pictures online there?
