Alexandra Dulgheru (ROU) d. Amra Sadikovic (SUI) 76(5) 46 60

I didn't expect a win tbh ! Especially on indoor hard. The scoreline is interesting as well, it looks like she outlasted her opponent which is incredible considering she didn't play for such a long period of time.

She's back

She's ALT #7 in Auckland right now. Surprised she is not using her SR there as she might not made it to the qualy draw

Re: Alexandra Dulgheru!!!

I'm pretty sure Alexandra saves her SR mostly for the slams and the (bigger) tournaments on clay. Even in her good days she was an absolute sucker on Australian Hard Courts.

No need to use it for strong MMs where the chances for her to win some 30 points don't equal the decision of putting in a SR.

She can only use her SR for Slams once. And there aren't that many big tournaments on clay anyway

Only for one slam? What a joke.

Having in mind that she still has nearly 100 points to defend from Sydney last year it's likely that she might have to use it for Bogota or even other 100k events which would make more sense.
