They will. I still remember Desirae wreaking havoc with her nice touch to upset the higher ranked dbls team at ITF RM, teamed up with Coco(Coco didn't have to do much since Desirae was practically dominating the net ). Mark my words!

Why is Susanyi playing at No. 3? She's their best player...

Is Davis injured too? She only played doubles for the last two matches.

Re: Pac 12

I was at this match and K Ahn was on fire! Janssens is a good player, but I can't believe the scoreline. Overwhelmed!

First time watching Kostas - pretty good player. Definitely a step up from Dillon.

Tan - Definitely had trouble keeping focus and playing her game. Had to comeback from 0-3 in the first set if I remember correctly.

I remember at the beginning of the season Stacey was playing No. 5 - quite disappointing for me since she is a Senior. But I remembered an article last year on Veronica Li, who said it was her senior year and basically said she couldn't wait for tennis to be over so she can get on w/ other things in her life. I bet that happens to a lot of seniors - they enter college having huge expectations on the court and those plans just don't go as expected. What becomes the motivation for these players? They aren't battling for the top spot on their team, but they aren't just "happy to be on the team" either. At some point academics is the top priority and tennis isn't. Guess that's where Lele comes in and tries to motivate everyone.

Here's some shots from today:

I'm worried for UCLA if Stella doesn't play around with the doubles pairings some more. They've only lost the doubles point twice this season, but Robin/Skylar and Courtney/Pam haven't played consistently at all this year. The only consistent team has been the #3 team of Kyle/Cat. UCLA's only been able to win the doubles point because #3 will win and one of the other two will win and the other will lose. I don't even know how both teams are ranked.
