Continental grip

I've just realised I've been using an eastern grip on my serve, sliced bh and volleys. I've tried a continental but it feels very extreme. Any one else use the eastern for these shots, or do you think I need to change to continental?
Thanks

Re: Continental grip

Change it to continental. Perhaps you should adjust your position when serving, if you do it the grip shouldn't feel extreme at all.
